Meet David – Founder & Head Trainer

I’m David, the founder of Vitala Fit, and I’ve been helping people improve their health and fitness for over 21 years. In that time, I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of people – guiding them through weight loss journeys, strength transformations, postnatal recovery, and complete lifestyle overhauls.

​

My expertise is especially strong in working with new mums and those seeking sustainable weight loss and improved fitness. I know the challenges of fitting exercise into real life – not just because I’ve coached it, but because I live it myself. As a dad of three, I understand the demands of family, work, and personal goals, and how hard it can be to put yourself first.

That’s why my approach is practical, flexible, and results-driven. I design programs that fit your schedule, work with your lifestyle, and keep you motivated without being overwhelming.

How We Work

We offer two ways to train, giving you complete control over where and how you exercise:

​

  • In-Home Personal Training – I come to you with everything you need for an effective workout, so there’s no travel, no waiting for equipment, and no intimidation.

  • ​

  • Private Home Studio – Tapping – A fully equipped, private training space designed for focused, one-on-one sessions without the crowds or distractions of a commercial gym.

Every client journey at Vitala Fit follows three clear steps:

  1. Consultation – We start with a friendly chat to understand your goals, fitness history, and challenges. This helps us build a plan that works for you from day one.
